Unbranded versions are considered MLS compliant and will be delivered with a link that can be pasted into the “add/edit” section of the MLS listing.

We deliver all of your media next-day, generally no later than 4pm. Sometimes floor plan and 3D tour processing can take longer and you will get secondary notifications for those items.

Object removal is handled on a case-by-case basis and in accordance with rules and regulations regarding misrepresentation.

We accept all major credit and bank cards. Payments are securely processed via Stripe.

As former agents, we understand that things do not always go as planned.
In extreme cases we reserve the right to charge a rescheduling fee per our terms and conditions. -
It’s always good to watch the weather leading up to your media day. If your schedule has flexibility, we are happy to reschedule!
Typically, rainy days are high-volume days for rescheduling photoshoots, so letting us know sooner than later is always better :) -
Media requests for locations outside of our service areas are possible, but handled on a case-by-case basis.
We may require order minimums and will also charge a mileage fee based on the current federal rate and total miles.
