How long does it take to get my photos?

We guarantee delivery of your photos & video media by 4pm the day after your shoot (sometimes Matterport Tours and 2D Floor Plans will take longer to process, but are generally available next day).

How do I download my photos?

When your photos are ready for delivery, we will send a notification to the email address in your account. That email will contain links to download your photos.

You can also access your photos from your account in our Client Center. Once you log in, click on the project you want to work with, and you will be taken to a dashboard where you can manage all of your media.

When I ordered I got a notification saying that my order may require an additional appointment. What does that mean?

What is your service area?

Our photographers and technicians all have different abilities and skills in order to fulfill the wide range of services that we offer.

If your order consists of multiple types of media such as Photos, Video, Drone, and a Matterport 3D Tour, we may need to send multiple people to the home in order to accomplish the various tasks.

In these cases, we will stagger the appointment start times so that not all of the photographers or technicians are starting in the same place at the same time.

We will keep all of the appointments around, or close to, your requested start time of your appointment, and if there ever is a scheduling concern we will reach out to you well ahead of your scheduled shoot date.

Our main service area is approximately 25 miles in all directions from our office in Brooklyn Center.

Anything from approximately 25-45 miles from our office will prompt a small travel fee.
